This is a SRA Model TruPower UC-100D Stainless Steel Ultrasonic Cleaner.  The most powerful cleaner in it's class.

 

It has a Digital timer and Digital Temperature Control.

 

It also includes the cover and a Stainless Steel basket.   There is also a brass ball valve drain and a handle.

 

The tank and cabinet is all Stainless Steel and has 3 industrial transducers. It has an isolated circuit design to protect from water damage.
